1. Services Provided

Revived Cleaning Services offers a range of professional cleaning and organisation services, including but not limited to:

  • Standard Cleans

  • Deep Cleans

  • Organisation Packages

  • End of Lease Cleans

  • Airbnb / Short-Stay Cleans

  • Commercial Cleaning

All services are performed with care, professionalism, and in accordance with our quality standards. Service inclusions may vary depending on the package selected and any additional requests made at the time of booking.

2. Bookings & Scheduling

  • Bookings can be made via phone, email, or online.

  • Preferred dates and times are subject to availability.

  • We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all bookings, changes, or cancellations.

  • Recurring bookings can be scheduled on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

  • If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.

4. Access to Property

  • Clients must ensure that our cleaners have safe and reliable access to the property at the agreed time.

  • If we are unable to access the property (locked, no key left, etc.), a call-out fee may apply.

  • Please ensure pets are safely secured during the service.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, or other approved methods.

  • Commercial clients may be eligible for invoicing terms (e.g. 7- or 14-day accounts).

6. Quality & Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any part of your clean, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to rectify the issue where possible. Refunds are not provided, but we stand by our commitment to customer satisfaction and service quality.

7. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best results:

  • Please provide clear access to areas that require cleaning.

  • Advise us of any fragile items, hazards, or restricted areas.

  • Notify us in advance of any special cleaning products or surface care requirements.

8. Liability

  • Revived Cleaning Services is fully insured for public liability.

  • We take great care with your property; however, we are not liable for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or items that break due to age or improper installation.

  • We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by faulty fixtures, fittings, or equipment.

9. Health & Safety

Our team follows strict hygiene, safety, and workplace standards.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in environments that are unsafe, unsanitary, or pose health risks to our staff.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with Australian Privacy Laws. Client information is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services and will never be shared without consent.

11. Changes to Terms

Revived Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be published on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
